Firms that actually run proprietary books hire. Requirements may include demonstrated risk management, a track record the firm can verify, and licenses where the activity is regulated. There is no public “buy this evaluation” button on that path.
You pay, you trade under published rules, you pass or fail. That can be practice. It is not automatically a career, a license, or investor-capital responsibility. See are prop firms worth it.
