Research Disclosures

Clear disclosure is foundational to credible independent research.

This page describes Belvedere’s intended disclosure architecture. Counsel-reviewed regulatory language will replace this text when adopted. It is not a substitute for legal advice.

Sponsored research

Belvedere may receive compensation for company-sponsored research. Compensation does not purchase ranking position, favorable conclusions, valuation outcomes or editorial control. Clients may not edit the substance of research. Management may provide factual information, identify factual errors and offer clarifications.

Conflicts and compensation

Applicable research will disclose the existence of a paid relationship, the nature of compensation where required, and other identified conflicts. Rankings are not part of any sponsorship package.

Independence

Final analytical conclusions remain Belvedere’s. See also methodology and AI policy.
